Due to the large volume of new inventory and the high number of customer orders we are currently processing, we are temporarily unable to accommodate in-person warehouse visits, browsing, or pallet inspections.
Our agents are currently working across multiple departments to prepare every order and ensure our customers receive quality merchandise.

With more than 1,300 pallets now in our facility, our team is extremely busy with:

📦 Order Processing – Our warehouse team is continuously preparing pallets based on orders received through our website.
🚚 Shipping – We are working hard to package and ship customer orders as quickly as possible due to the high volume of purchases.
Because our warehouse staff are fully occupied with these operations, we cannot allow customers to browse or inspect pallets in person.

Our pallets contain new and open-box merchandise. Items are 100% tested and confirmed to be working before shipment. Depending on the pallet, merchandise may include batteries, chargers, tools, accessories, and other related items.
The photos displayed on our website are photos of the exact pallet you are purchasing, allowing you to see the actual merchandise included before placing your order.
30-DAY WARRANTY & RETURNS
Every pallet is backed by our 30-Day Warranty and Return Policy.
If you experience an issue with your pallet within the 30-day warranty period:
- Contact our customer service team and report the issue.
- Repackage the pallet and merchandise securely for return.
- We will cover the return shipping costs.
- Once the return is received and processed, you can choose between:
- Selecting another pallet from our website, or
- Receiving an immediate refund.
